Your notes are stored only on this phone. Tap Back up everything now and then and keep the file somewhere safe (email it to yourself, or save it to iCloud or Google Drive).
Tap a name to rename it. Hiding a client removes them from the Log screen but keeps their notes.
Off. Once connected, every note you save, edit or delete is copied to your Google Drive automatically, with a spreadsheet for each client. If you have no signal, notes wait and send later.
